Donalds Butchers, Uddingston was a complete refurbishment. Including a new shopfront, flooring, refrigerated counters as well as cold rooms and a new prep area. The existing premises was steeped in history but was failing to achieve modern day standards in numerous areas. HK was approached to fully transform and modernise the site and bring it up to current standards. Their aim was to achieve a much improved and modern shopping experience but retaining some traditional features such as the Dry Age display, stained glass and historic clock.
