Case Study: Tarbetts Fishmongers, Leeds
Conversion of an empty retail unit into a stylish fishmongers shop.
Liam Tarbett had previously instructed HK Interiors Ltd to refurbish his Leeds Market fishmongers unit and soon afterwards business had increased to a degree that it enabled Liam to set his sights on opening another shop.
Once he had found the right premises he asked us to undertake the design and shopfitting to create a brand new, high class fishmongers store to serve Chapel Allerton.
Working closely with Liam we developed the design of the store to maximise visual impact, retail potential and practicality. Our designers used 3D visuals to give Liam the best possible idea of how his completed fishmongers would look.
Through devoted project management every element of the project was closely monitored and developed. We completed the local authority planning applications, building control requirements and security systems such as fire alarms etc.
The entire project from concept to completion was expertly managed by our team and yet again they worked their magic; not only did we create a stylish store to the front of house area but we transformed the old basement into a hygienic food preparation and cold storage facility.
Since the shopfitting works were completed customers have been queueing out of the door and everybody is raving about Liam’s produce and the stunning style of the fishmongers.
