Case Study: Bridge Mcfarland Solicitors
Refurbishment of Office premises including reception, boardroom, staff areas and offices.
HK Interiors were asked to submit a tender for the works at Sibthorp House, due to the extensive detail and adherence to specification our package was deemed to be the most professional and overall best value for money.
With very little lead time we had to react with immediate effect identifying, designing and specifying items to be produced and procured. Dealing closely with the customer and architects we were able to develop and effectively manage the project so we fulfilled the desired vision of the customer despite the deadline pressures.
Structural works, air conditioning, glazed partitions, flooring (tiling and carpet), ceiling installation, bespoke unit manufacture, CCTV installation, full decoration, electrical and plumbing works all contributed to the scope of works. The whole premises was stripped and refurbished to produce a modern, welcoming reception area, practical and stylish offices, comfortable staff areas and professional meeting rooms.

“HK Interiors were invited to tender for our office refurbishment and I am pleased that they were awarded the contract. From our first meeting with Aaron, we knew the project we would be a success!
Throughout the project we were kept informed of progress, hitches, problems (and solutions) and we always felt that we were priority, Aaron went to great lengths to make sure we got the result we wanted, even changing things to suit us when we “changed our minds”. All of this attention to detail has resulted in high quality offices that we are very proud of – all thanks to HK Interiors.
The project was a huge success, with our Partners and staff and our clients! We have received some wonderful comments since the offices were completed. We will definitely instruct HK Interiors again when we refurbish any of our other offices and would happily recommend them to others.”
